We loved staying at this guesthouse in Kampot. the location is great, just a short walk down an alley near the market. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a tuktuk for us. Plus, there were plenty of facilities like a TV, fridge, and wardrobe. it was a wonderful experience.
The language barrier with the reception staff was a bit challenging, but we managed to communicate through gestures and signs.

Best value for money and location for a city trip! The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The location was ideal, close to the market and the downtown area. the parking lot in front was huge, which made it easy to rent a scooter and explore the city on our own. One of the best advantages was definitely the TV with several channels, including sports and news.
The reception staff didn't speak much English, but we managed to communicate through signs. , the room got a bit stuffy without proper ventilation, and the fan was not strong enough to cool it down.

Spacious room and bathroom with good amenities. . Friendly staff and helpful service. Great location near the market.
Moldy/musky smell in the room. Lack of housekeeping service and limited English spoken by the staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with clean sheets and towels available on demand. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-functioning A/C and fan in the room. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action downtown, close to the market and easily accessible down an alley. The staff was friendly and helpful.
